Fitna, we have a problem

UPDATE 18:15u : Volgens een medewerker van Network Solutions staat alle content in de Verenigde Staten. Daarmee vervalt onderstaand bericht.
De site van Wilders www.fitnathemovie.com is online gegaan. Ik keek er even naar en zag dat het IP-adres 205.178.145.65 is. Via Whois valt dan te achterhalen van wie de server is. Dat leidt naar de provider Inquent Technologies, dat bedrijf is gevestigd in Toronto.
Network Solutions heeft Inquent een tijd terug overgenomen maar het bedrijf is niet fysiek verhuisd.
Daarmee heeft Wilders wellicht een probleem. Canada heeft namelijk vrij strikte wetgeving tegen teksten die bedoeld zijn om haat te zaaien of minachting ten toon te spreiden. Zie hier:

In January 2002, the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal ordered Ernst Zundel to cease and desist from publishing hate messages on the Zundelsite because his writings violate section 13.
